strange how a ride lyric can become so engrained. I didn’t ever think it would happen, but I had to keep running when Chris mobley couldn’t. I wanted him to keep going. So far knee feels ok, sluggish 9:15 pace, but still it is better than being in the clink. Time: 36:41 4 miles.

Watching my Boob tube
