These sessions include Rolling, Rescues, and Paddle Strokes. Please send an e-mail to me@gokayaknow.com to indicate what type of lesson, and what type of kayak you have.
If you are doing rolling, please note you will need the following:
A sea kayak or white water kayak with a closed cockpit and thigh braces
A spray skirt/spraydeck preferably neoprene.
For your own comfort noseplugs, divemask, swim goggles may help you learn.

If you do not have a white water kayak or sea kayak, please contact the Lee's Adventure Sports paddle shop @ 269.381.7710 and arrange a rental. Please mention the Go Kayak Now! pool sessions to receive the $10.00 rental rate.
