Rolling Sessions are intended to provide students progressing from beginning to intermediate a way to learn this gateway skill.
You will need:
- A kayak with a closed cockpit that has thigh braces and a fitted sprayskirt
- a sprayskirt
- paddle
- lifejacket
- noseplugs or diving mask are highly recommended
