Reminder

You will need a whitewater kayak or sea kayak with thigh braces and a closed cockpit, a sprayskirt (preferably neoprene) and a lifejacket to participate in pool lessons. A set of swim goggles, noseplugs, or a divemask will make your rolling lesson more enjoyable.

please clean your kayak inside and out prior to the session.
