I’ve had a lot of requests about doing Level Four Skills Training and Assessments since the changes with the ACA have been disseminated. I think it’s a great opportunity to do wilderness courses with students. As a piece of self discovery, I’ve learned that I really like doing these types of courses with students. Doing three – four day courses in the wilderness provides a fantastic venue to work on skills and evaluate where your skills have developed, or maybe need a bit of tweaking.
I’ve run these courses for other events, but not as stand alone courses. This year I thought I would offer up two opportunities to do this course. I might do a third if demand is there.
The two courses run in two very different venues.
One is Manitou Island. May 19-22.
The second is Pictured Rocks June 16-19
